I love calling Montana my home. I have lived in Missoula my entire life and truly appreciate the abundance of wild, nature, and love that exists here.


Wyld Flour Patisserie has been a dream come true for me. It all began with my desire to create the perfect pie crust when I was 22 years old. After having 3 children with my husband and a variety of administrative jobs, I found myself most content in the kitchen, cooking and baking for friends and family. At 34, I chose to go back to school to learn more about the professional field of Culinary Arts. I graduated from Missoula College of Culinary Arts in 2014 with an Associates Degree in Food Service Management and a Culinary Certificate. While there, I absorbed as much education as I could and allowed the wisdom and confidence to build through opportunity and experience.


My husband and I also have a small farm that we pour our hearts into, and we harvest the bounty of our hard work every year, some of which I am able to provide to clients with farm-to-table menu requests.
